We are seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Technician to join our team at Tagaddod. As a Junior IT Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical assistance to computer system users and respond to their inquiries. You will diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, install and configure computer hardware and software, and maintain records of repairs and installations.
