The Opportunities
We have multiple opportunities for passionate and caring individuals to provide early childhood education services for children and families in our Centres. We are seeking people to help us create a centre where every child flourishes.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will inspire learning, encourage confidence, nurture and care for children. You will work with the team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at the centres, following well established protocols and procedures.
About You
We are seeking individuals who have the following:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Enrolled or willing to be enrolled in a Certificate III of Early Childhood Education
You will have the following skills and experience;
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
* Sound skills in building respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and others in the community.
* Demonstrated ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support children’s wellbeing and learning.

Benefits
These are casual positions working varying hours across a number of centres - Bega, Eden, Candelo and Bemboka.
The hourly remuneration package for this position commences at $38.71 gross per hour, comprising of:
* $27.78 per hour base salary
* $6.94 per hour casual loading
* $3.99 per hour superannuation
Additional benefits for this position include:
