With a growing portfolio and exciting projects in the pipeline, they work on projects up to $10 million and are looking to add a skilled and driven Contracts Administrator to their team in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Administer contracts from project initiation through to completion, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Manage project budgets, variations, and cost tracking for projects up to $10 million. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Oversee procurement processes and assist with project scheduling. Handle project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and variations. Work closely with the project team to resolve any contractual or project-related issues. About You: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally within the fitout or commercial construction sectors. Strong knowledge of contract law and construction industry standards. Demonstrated experience in managing contracts, budgets, and procurement for projects up to $10 million. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with relevant software and project management tools (Estimate1, costx, buildsoft).
