As a Loader Driver, you will be an integral part of the harvest season operations, ensuring the safe and efficient loading of stock feed.
Your role will support our production team in delivering quality feed to our customers both domestically and overseas.
Responsibilities:Operate front-end loaders to transport, load, and unload stock feed and other materialsAssist in the movement and storage of products within the site to ensure efficient processing during the busy harvest seasonPerform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on loader equipment to ensure optimal performance and safetyWork closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflowAdhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring a safe workplace for yourself and your colleaguesAssist with general site duties as needed to support the overall production processSkills & Experience:Proven experience operating front-end loaders, particularly in an agricultural or production settingA valid loader license or relevant ticket is essentialStrong understanding of workplace safety procedures and the ability to follow safety protocolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the roleA positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressureWillingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during peak harvest periodsStrong attention to detailWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experienceThe opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative team during one of the busiest times of the yearA safe and friendly working environment focused on teamwork and respectThe chance to work with an established, family-owned company with a long-standing commitment to qualityIf you are ready to bring your loader operating skills to a key role in our operations, we'd love to hear from you!To apply to be part of the Johnsons team, please submit your resume and cover letter to the HR Manager via Seek.
