Position: Senior Administrative Officer (Administration & Office Support)Salary: $66,921 - $72,661 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)Time Fraction: Part Time, 0.7 EFT.Location: Chadstone campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.Position Status: Appointment to 16th January 2026.The Printroom is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to provide professional, high-level reception, administrative, and customer service within the department and to internal and external clients and stakeholders.In this role, you will be providing confidential, efficient administrative and support services to the management and other staff in the department. You will manage procedures and systems to accurately process the financial activities of the department and collect and analyze data to prepare timely, high-quality end-of-month reports regarding departmental activities.ABOUT YOUDegree qualifications in business, business administration or related field, and substantial relevant work experience.Significant experience at a senior level in the provision of effective and efficient administrative support including customer service, office administration and document management.Setting priorities against competing demands whilst demonstrating and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Dealing with a broad range of people, including corporate clients, face-to-face, online and over the phone.Verbal and written communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to interact and liaise effectively and professionally with a diverse range of people.Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills necessary to organize and interpret data to provide meaningful information and reports.Previous experience with printroom operations and knowledge of PrinterFace or similar print management software would be an advantage.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry, and the community.
