About the Role We are seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to join the People & Culture function at Santos in the role of Contingent Labour Adviser. In this varied position, you will perform and meet operational objectives required of the contingent labour management team. You will undertake operational procedures, analyse and gather insights across multiple data sets relating to labour hire contractors and supplier processes and execute business improvement initiatives. Key areas include: Support and administration for operational oversight of onsite MSP (Managed Service Provider) System audit and data analysis for company Vendor Management System (Fieldglass) Day-to-day labour hire queries management, support and administration Act as interface for enquiries and support requests across the business, ensuring activities are screened, stakeholders are educated, issues are resolved and tracked Process improvement mapping and implementation support Investigation, analysis and education on labour categorisations across organisation Preparation of communication and presentations for varied stakeholders and influence improved contingent labour practice outcomes Data collation and benchmarking analysis support for annual and ad hoc initiatives Involvement in supplier reviews and tender process administration Development and distribution of training materials/coms to support contingent function Research, advise and support implementation of new processes, practices, reporting, presentation of data to drive better business outcomes and practice consistency About You Experience required for this position includes: Exposure to labour hire and contractor hiring practices from either supplier or in-house company perspective Strong experience in process education, advising and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving capability; investigative, adaptable and pragmatic, with the ability to adjust to evolving organisational needs Sound project delivery skills and experience with the ability to plan, deliver and implement key project activity or BAU Contracts/Procurement experience with HR/Labour Hire supply contracts Working in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation; high-level of resilience and perseverance Proficiency in MS products including; Excel and Power Point If you're looking for an opportunity to develop and implement new and improved processes and practices, create and share insights and recommendations and gain specific contingent labour expertise, then we'd love to hear from you.
