You will be joining our existing team onsite and reporting to TLR’s Maintenance Manager. Role Requirements: Shifts 7.6 per day with OT thereafter. Saturdays may be required to meet with Maintenance outcomes – At Award Penalty Rates. Self-starter with mechanical and electrical aptitude. Attention to detail to work on your own or in a production team environment. Minimum of 2 years industrial experience in a maintenance environment. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and lateral thinking, with an analytical eye for problem solving, and able to read drawings & schematics. Leadership skills highly regarded. Preventative maintenance on plastics extruders, conveyors, pumps, gear boxes, shredders highly regarded. Bearing experience is highly regarded. MIG and/or Arc welding skills are beneficial. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Working at Heights, EWP and Forklift License required with recent industrial experience. REL (Restricted Electrical License) highly regarded or willing to obtain Why TLR? Paid on time & correctly to above Award rates including overtime, where applicable.
