Our collaborative and values-based approach translates through our teams, fostering a culture of passion, quality and authenticity.Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join and support Harrier's talent team onsite at Newmont, the world's largest gold miner.The Harrier onsite talent team at Newmont are passionate, driven and work together to ensure we deliver a seamless, high touch TA process, with exceptional candidate care and customer focus.As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support, collaborate and work with the rest of our team in TA administration and project coordination. You will become a subject matter expert in our systems and processes, manage all background checks, contract generation and ad-hoc recruitment projects.
