Job Description: Accounts Receivable Officer
We are seeking an experienced and professional Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team at our Maroochydore Head Office on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for:
* Completing timely accounts receivable processing
* Providing exceptional accounts and administration assistance to our finance department
* Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high standards of customer service
Duties include:
* Monitoring and managing accounts receivable ledger on our ERP and Trust systems
* Timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments
* Processing Credit Applications and maintaining up-to-date documentation on all debtors and limits approved
* Bank reconciliations
* Preparing and examining accounts receivable reports, highlighting trends and providing insight to management
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, shared service function, and management on financial-related queries
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position
* Solid understanding of accounting legislation and processes
* Effective planning and organisational skills to manage pressure situations, multiple tasks, and ability to work with a sense of urgency
* Ability to deal sensitively and maturely with confidential information and records
* Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, numerical ability, and data entry skills
