Lead EA’s Leadership Development and Learning Programs and initiatives, working in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to drive ongoing success and embedding of the programs. Manage EA’s learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Sentrient, FranklinCovey, Hello Monday coaching) to measure success, drive impact, and return on investment. Collaborating with People Business Partners on development solutions for leaders and teams. Partner with the People Operations Manager to design, plan, and deliver annual compliance training. Build learning communities across EA to support peer to peer learning, enhance knowledge sharing and networking. Collaborate across teams to deliver initiatives that support our evolving workforce needs and promote a culture of continuous learning. Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality development solutions. Experienced and qualified in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development, including a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
