Key responsibilities:
Annual Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division (IATD) Channel Program Planning and Presentation to Global Industrial Channel (GIC) Team
1. Development of the GIC campaign to deliver accelerated growth for channel partners and 3M
2. Provide priorities and marketing needs input for global campaign teams to align on priority activity and tactics
3. Development of the IATD channel plan presentation (one-pager & pitch deck, campaign website) and presentation to the GIC channel team
4. Determine the IATD priority channel partner, including IATD Joint Business Planning and MDF guidance, in collaboration with the IATD Regional Division Leaders and GIC Management
5. Ensure IATD channel program alignment with the GIC stakeholders and agree on program execution with focus on the vital few priority channel partners
6. Channel Stratification and CIP development for IATD Sales District and IATD Managed Channels.
Amazon/Online Sales Acceleration
7. Develop a deep understanding of Amazon/Online goals, go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations to maximize impact through to end-users
8. Carry through CATMAN category management portfolio workshops to drive portfolio listings, including NPI’s
9. Create joint IATD business plan based on customer insights to accelerate sales growth
10. Development of a short roll blister pack program in multiple languages
11. Development of A+ content to create a great customer experience online to drive conversion and sales growth
12. Campaign management & merchandising (AMS campaigns, Billboard Ads, Deals, IATD Brand Store etc.)

Asia Channel Program « Where We Win »
14. Provide priorities and marketing needs input for global campaign teams to align on priority activity and tactics
15. Global channel program: determination of the channel toolkits and assets relevant for Asia channel segments, translation and creation of the assets in the local language, drive campaign execution
16. Ensure that the GIC team executes the IATD channel program with the IATD priority channel partners
17. Define KPI and performance goals with annual targets, measure success & take action
IATD Channel Program Execution and Communication with the GIC Team
18. Create the IATD channel campaign website for the GIC team and channel partners (note: it is a self-service website for our channel partners to quickly and easily download all available assets and stay informed about what is coming soon)
19. Drive collaboration with the dedicated GIC sales and marketing champion team by region: ensure good level of program knowledge and align on the IATD channel program execution with all priority channel partners, ensure program execution
20. Monthly SIBG Asia GIC channel broadcast meeting: present the IATD channel program activation toolkits, including NPI launch packages and trainings
21. Monthly division channel owner meeting: Asia channel exchange
22. Monthly IATD GIC regional review meeting: discuss & align on program execution, ensure the achievement of agreed sale targets
23. Quarterly collaboration meeting GIC management and IATD Aria Division Leaders, Regional Division Leaders, channel manager (regional GIC review)
New Channel Development
24. Helps to identify potential new channels for IATD sales and fill coverage gaps that may exist today.
25. Prioritization of channel across Asia and at the country level
Qualification;
26. Bachelor’s degree or above
27. Min. 10 years of experience of Sales in industrial field
28. Experience of Industrial channel category management / portfolio / new product introductions
29. Experience of division campaign demand generation program (development and implementation)
30. Leadership experience for Division Channel Stratification and CIP development and execution
31. Experience of manage team with multinational location
