Domestic and Cleaning Support – Aged Care and Disability
Community Based Support (CBS) is a not-for-profit Tasmanian organisation delivering aged care and disability services to enable people to live safely in their homes and enjoy access to the community as they wish. Our work ensures quality of life is enhanced by providing a range of support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and goals to maximise independence.
We are supporting a number of Aged Care and Disability clients across Southern Tasmania, and are recruiting for experienced and passionate Domestic Assistance Workers to support our clients.

Your duties will include:
General domestic tasks including, but not limited to:
* Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens
* Vacuuming and mopping
* Loading and unloading washing machines & clothes dryers
* Preparation of meals
What you will bring:
Your reliable, resilient and have an interest in supporting others and making a difference in your community.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
* Previous cleaning and housekeeping experience
* Ability to work independently and have a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
* A sense of compassion & empathy towards our clients
* Experience working in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential)
