Customer Service Support
Fully utilise your customer service experience and people skills in supporting the day-to-day operations across our Stockland Halcyon Promenade Lifestyle Living Community.
You will work closely with the Community Manager, providing high level support and developing positive relationships with our homeowners.
About You
* Background in retirement living, over 50's communities, or hotel/holiday resort sector would be advantageous.
* Experience working in a customer service-related role delivering first class customer experiences.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate and understand customers' needs.
* Natural at developing relationships, including the ability to network, influence and maintain discretion.
* Strong negotiation and conflict management skills to deliver positive outcomes.
* Proficient administration skills and competent across MS Office Suite.
* High level of attention to detail and a natural at problem solving and finding a solution.
The Role
* Assist the Community Manager with homeowner queries and concerns.
* Build, maintain and grow positive and respectful relationships with homeowners.
* Welcome new homeowners and ensure they are embedded into the community.
* Prepare paperwork for all new homeowners settling into homes.
* Work collaboratively with contractors and service providers.
* Ensure adherence to all legislative and regulatory compliance, guidelines and policies.
* Collaborate with Caretakers to ensure the needs of the community are being met.
* General administration working across MS Office Suite and assist with the Community Website (intranet).
* Participate as well as represent Stockland Halcyon at homeowner functions and events as required.
* Liaise with homeowner interest groups, attend meetings, and take minutes as required.
