KEEP SAFE WORKING PRACTICE BY: Comply with any plans, directions or instructions aimed at WHS matters including the utilisation of personal protective and other safety equipment, including personal protection to ensure own action or lack of action does not place at risk own health and safety or that of others at the workplace.Participate in WHS training and development programs and consultative processes, following any incident occurring.Report immediately all accidents, hazards and near missesParticipate in WHS training and development programs and consultative processes, following any incident occurring.Identifying any potential hazards and reporting them to Holistic Care SA, in line with incident reporting and WHS training guidelines and policy and procedures.Café Barista Manager Duties The role of the Café Barista Manager is to ensure the Café is functioning in the service delivery that meets customer satisfaction by:Ensuring the café is kept neat and tidyEnsure coffee machine and equipment is cleaned and prepared in preparation for the start of the day.Clean down, put away and ensure all café and kitchen areas are left clean as per health standard requirements.Ensure the team is managing their roles effectively with positive mentoring and supportEnsure all stock is in date in preparation for serviceProvide exceptional customer service to promote positive experience for customersMaintain a positive work environment with all employees and managersRespect the space of Holistic Care SA Office staffPERSONAL ABILITIES/APTITUDES/SKILLS A passion in providing excellent customer service in providing quality coffee and food.
