You'll build and maintain strong, functional relationships with both the children and their families, ensuring that every voice is heard and every need is met. Your efforts will be pivotal in supporting and monitoring placements, guiding carers in their foster care journey and helping them implement effective strategies that best support the children and young people within their care. Working understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program Understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people Current unrestricted drivers’ licence Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, NSW Working with Children Check and NSW Residential Care Workers Register check.
