The role: As their PA/Administrator, you will be responsible for various administrative duties that contribute to the company’s productivity and overall success. The day-to-day role will be administrative, of the likes of liaising with branch managers in the NSW region, fleet management, E-Tags, mobile phones and pro forma invoices to scheduling meetings, business trips, company events and training as some examples. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Arrange company functions, meetings and training events as required. Administration of vehicle leases, fuel cards and Toll Tags. Asset management, including vehicles, mobile phones, laptops, etc. Property Leases. Accounts payable. Rebate Management. Create and collect Pro-Forma invoices/credit control. To be successful in the role, you will need to be: A self-motivated team player with at least 2 years of previous admin/PA experience. (This is an entry to middle level position) Live within commuting distance to BOTH Inner West and the occasional days in the Hornsby office. Excellent communication skills – you are comfortable and confident in liaising with senior management by email and phone. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook Customer Service oriented and values the importance of teamwork in delivering excellent service and streamlining internal processes. You are proactive, quick-thinking, and excel at multitasking, effortlessly adapting to changing priorities and managing tasks effectively. With exceptional attention to detail, you take great pride in producing high-quality work.
