About The Role As a Nursing Assistant, you will get a chance to create a positive impact to elderly clients living at home, through the promotion of independence and choice. The role reports through to the Care and Support Coordinator and will suit someone with a caring nature and genuine desire to support our clients to live independently in the community. You will deliver high-quality assistance to clients using a person-centred approach. This role involves nursing assistance, personal care, social support, domestic duties and other tasks as directed. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for supporting elderly people and respect what they want to achieve in their lives. You will display positive energy, attention to detail, and a strong passion to support our clients to live independently.
