**Job Description**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
* Answering and directing incoming calls to ensure seamless communication with clients.
* Handling data entry for new clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
* Issuing electronic reports to clients, maintaining clear and concise communication.
* Assisting the sales and service department with various administrative tasks as required.
* Providing ad-hoc support to the finance department with tasks such as document management and processing.
**Requirements and Skills**
To excel in this role, you will possess:
* Previous experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably in the security industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with interpersonal prowess.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment while also managing time autonomously.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to commit to a permanent position and pass a police check.
