RBC Windows and doors is seeking an experienced Aluminium windows and doors installer (Glazier/Carpenter) to join our team. The position within the company is a key role in our installation and glazing team, reporting to the team leader and company director.
RBC Contracting is a family-owned business operating in Perth and surrounds, installing high-end applications to commercial and residential properties alike. We specialize in aluminium fabrication, application, and high-quality glazing works on various projects around Perth.

This role is about ensuring the highest standard of glazing and aluminium applications for our customers.
Responsibilities of this role:
1. Attend work sites and perform commercial or residential glazing installations
2. Follow delegated tasks and instructions from the company director or team leader
3. Communicate with colleagues and clients
4. Attend relevant site inductions
5. Assist with general tasks as required
6. 30+ hours work a week
What you will require:
1. Valid Driver's license
2. Personal tools and relevant equipment
3. Construction industry safety certificate (White Card)
4. Punctuality, ability to be reliable, flexible, and work overtime if required
5. Work well within a team and also individually
6. Adapt to situations quickly, work in a fast-paced environment and be a forward thinker
7. A Certificate in glazing is NOT required although it does help with the application process
8. Ability to obtain a police clearance if required
