An exciting opportunity has arisen for our team to recruit a chef as we have been growing rapidly.
You must be able to:
* Planning, developing and implementing menus.
* Preparing and cooking food
* Estimating food, labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
* Discussing food preparation issues with the manager.
* Maintain Food Safety Standards in accordance with Legislative requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
* At least 2 years of work experience
* Certificate IV in Kitchen management or higher (or equivalent experience)
* Passion for delivering high-quality food
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
