1. Knowledge of the industry and technology trends with the ability to translate that knowledge and Oracle’s leading retail solutions into thought-leadership.
2. Proven sales track record in consultative solution selling.
3. Possess strong account management skills with high touch C-Suite coverage in key retailers such as Department Stores, Fashion/Apparel, Hardlines, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets etc.
4. Takes pride in being the trusted advisor by helping retailers pivot to the customer and identify value creation opportunities.

As part of the Oracle Retail sales team, you will :
5. Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects
6. Lead account planning - account strategy, financial targets and critical milestones
7. Lead and manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate Pre-Sales, Consulting and Partner resources.
8. Define appropriate merchandizing, Planning and Optimization and Omni-Channel value propositions and drive the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
9. Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, to effectively position Oracle Retail solutions.
10. Develop Pipeline through a combination of phone calls, market sector knowledge/intelligence and cross collaboration with internal teams within Oracle
11. Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals consistently
12. Engage with prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
13. Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
