Electromagnetic Warfare and Intelligence (Maritime) Systems Program Office (EWIS-M SPO) is seeking three (3) highly professional, motivated APS 6 ILS Practitioners to assist with the management of ILS activities related to a multi-decade, high value programs for the Royal Australian Navy.
About our Team EWIS-M SPO provides acquisition and sustainment support for a number of maritime electronic warfare systems and specialist signals intelligence capabilities.
These include Nulka Decoy products and various Sensors and Electronic Attack products fitted to both the surface and sub-surface fleet and projects such as the Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare (MMEW).
The SPO delivers these capabilities to both the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and United States Navy.
EWIS-Maritime SPO is widely dispersed across Australia.
The successful applicants will participate in an integrated team, including APS, military and contractor staff, to ensure the supported Electronic Warfare capabilities are delivered to the ADF and supported in accordance with operational and compliance requirements, budget, and service agreements.

Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate has Materiel Logistics skills which they are interested in applying.
The successful applicant will have: Strong skills and experience in the field of Integrated Logistics Support management; Experience managing or supporting a Logistics Support Analysis process (e.g.
FMECA, RCMA, LORA, Spares Modelling, etc); Experience working with local and international stakeholders on multi-national projects; Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic ILS documentation and artefacts in support of Government Approval cycles; Working level awareness of Defence asset and inventory management ICT systems, and how to leverage them in an acquisition or sustainment project; Project and Procurement management experience, in the delivery of ILS outcomes; Excellent communication and customer engagement skills; and Be able to work within a diverse team and a fast paced and highly variable environment.
Defence-specific training will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to undertake the role effectively.
