Position: ICT Support Technician
Salary:$73,150 plus 11.5% super
Hours:38 hours
Mode: Full time

Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional support? The Royal Nut Company, a leader in premium nuts and dried fruits in Australia, is looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our dynamic team!
Tasks and Responsibilities included but not limited to
●Assess and identify software and hardware needs to resolve technical issues, ensuring timely solutions to minimize disruption.
●Provide responsive support for inquiries regarding software and hardware, guiding users through troubleshooting steps.
●Customize and adapt existing software applications to align with user requirements, enhancing operational efficiency.
●Manage the installation and configuration of software applications, ensuring proper functionality and user accessibility.
●Promote efficient use of applications and equipment through user training and support.
●Assist in the implementation and maintenance of computer networks, ensuring robust connectivity and security.
●Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date with current offerings.
●Repair and replace peripheral equipment, including printers, terminals, and modems, to maintain operational efficiency.
●Collaborate with team members to provide technical support, which may include working in a call centre environment to address user concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Proven experience in ICT support or a similar role.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•At least 2 years of relevant experience
●Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
●Familiarity with network management and website development.
●Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
●Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
●A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
