We are looking for applicants that can build positive relationships with pupils to enable them to achieve their full potential. In addition, the successful candidate will lead training for existing teaching assistants in the management of challenging behaviour.To complement the professional work of all staff by taking a lead responsibility for behaviour monitoring and development of staff behaviour techniques. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering training sessions for individuals or groups of staff.To cover any staff teaching absence by fulfilling gaps in the teaching day.The successful candidate will also provide support in all areas of the broad curriculum on offer, including academic and vocational subjects, both on-site and off-site.This position is based within the Enterprise Learning Alliance, where an alternative learning environment is provided for KS4 and KS3 pupils. The Enterprise Learning Alliance is looking for a Lead Behaviour Assistant to join this well-established and exciting staff team. This post is full-time for 37 hours a week, term time only. Applicants for the post will have good levels of Maths and English and evidence of effective working with disengaged young people.The Enterprise Learning Alliance is committed to developing and training staff.
