smoothfm, smooth Relax, smooth 80s, smooth Vintage, Nova Throw Backs, Nova 90s, Nova Noughties and Coles Radio.The company's broadcast offering is complemented by a range of on-demand assets across digital, social, mobile, including the NOVA Entertainment Podcast Network, which brings together the largest stable of accessible talent in the country to create a suite of quality podcast content that connects audiences and brands.Our values are integral to who we are.We believe in creating and working in an environment that supports Unwavering Unity, Relentless Curiosity and Radical Empathy.We have an amazing opportunity for you!We are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and energetic Project Manager to look after our Audience Engagement tactics.This role is a key pillar of the Audience Engagement function for Nova 937, managing activity for the tactics, partnerships and everything in between on the station.This is a permanent part-time role of 25 hours a week with work hours being 9am-2pm each day based in our Subiaco Office.You will project manage promotional and marketing activities by creating exciting and creative promotions, experiences and events that are compelling to NOVA listeners and clients, as well as working across station partnerships.You will work closely with the Audience Engagement Manager to deliver on the company strategy whilst collaborating with internal stakeholder such as CREATE Sales and Marketing to ensure a winning culture of innovation, idea generation and execution across the NOVA Entertainment brands.You will need to be able to negotiate, lead, ideate and implement concurrently and be energetic, enthusiastic & flexible in your approach.Key areas of responsibility require you to: Create, implement, and manage station, workday and weekend promotions including, job sheets, contest sheets, web briefs, legal, winner and prize system etc.(this includes making sure our terms and conditions are legally compliant) Plan and forecast to ensure promotional airtime commitments are met within budget.(you are a whizz with excel) Ensure all timelines are met and competitions and events are resourced effectively.(your collaboration skills are exceptional) Provide post analysis and airchecks for promotional activities.Provide Sales and CREATE with creative and effective brief responses.Implementation of partnerships as required, from the agreement to campaign management to post campaign delivery.Maintain excellent working relationships with all on-air personalities and internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of promotional activities.Maintain accurate and timely budget management Be proactive with prize sourcing Have high levels of collaboration and contribution with Programming, Marketing and Create to ensure our commercial and product objectives are met.Conduct project work as required.You will be successful in this role if you are also: Highly organised and thrive under tight deadlines Able to think 'on your feet' during high pressure situations that require quick decision making Possessing high attention to detail and ability to think creatively to provide a positive experience for listeners and clients.Possessing excellent time management skills and can work well under pressure to deliver timely solutions Possessing outstanding communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with staff and clients.Able to keep up to date with current market and industry trends -
