Key Responsibilities
1. Offering high level guidance and support to various internal stakeholders
2. Ensuring the maintenance of rigorous procurement and subcontract management standards in multiple projects
3. Creating subcontract requirements, preparing tender packages, conducting thorough analysis and proposal evaluations, and providing recommendations
4. Handling subcontract and complex procurement plans, including contract amendments and additions
5. Engaging in negotiations for subcontract modifications and actively participating in contract administration and purchasing activities
Selection Criteria
1. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law or Supply Chain desirable
2. An in depth knowledge of medium to high level complex subcontracts in procurement from any industry such as mining, utilities, defence, oil and gas or similar but not limited to
3. You will be an outcome focused professional, passionate about delivering excellence in contemporary procurement outcomes
4. Be able to successfully work within a fast paced environment
5. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
