Mining Trainer role would operate on 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth, paid 12 hours per day and at a competitive hourly rate.
Fly out to site Tuesday As the successful candidate you will possess the following: Experienced in large production excavators - Preference is Liebherr.
Experienced in Autonomous Haulage - Preference is Komatsu FrontRunner, however Minestar experience would be considered.
Experience in large production loaders - Preference is Komatsu WA1200.
LeTourneau/Komatsu 1850.
Experience in track dozers with contour and clearing would be beneficial.
Experience in PowerPoint delivery to small groups.
TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
Proven organizational skills within a training environment and the ability to work autonomously.
Exceptional skills in the presentation of material and the ability to build relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coach others in improvement and upskilling.
Advanced MS Office skills and experience in the use of technology in managing work processes, data capture and performance reporting.
Good understanding and skills in the field of work process analysis and improvement.
Strong communication and engagement skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organisation from senior management to mine site leaders and technicians.
Very good organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
