Ideally based in Brisbane, though we will consider applicants from the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, or nearby regions.Your Role:Lead & Manage Event Teams: Organise and oversee event staff schedules, ensuring clear communication between facilitators, yoga instructors, and studio partners. Foster a positive team culture while managing logistics and coordination to ensure smooth event execution.Event Execution & Logistics: Plan and organise Yoga Paws sessions across studio locations and off-site events, ensuring seamless coordination. While event staff and yoga instructors primarily run the sessions, you may step in when needed to maintain our high standards and deliver an unforgettable experience for guests.On-the-Go Operations: Be prepared to travel across Southeast Queensland as needed to manage events, transport supplies, and troubleshoot on-site. While advance notice will be given, flexibility is required for travel between locations. A valid driver’s licence and vehicle are essential.Creative Event Development: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to design unique event concepts that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.Inventory & Equipment Management: Organise, unpack, and maintain event materials, including lifting supplies (up to 15 kg), when needed.Venue Scouting & Partnerships: Conduct site visits, secure new locations, and assist in launching new studio spaces.Multi-Location Support: Be adaptable to temporarily support operations in other locations when needed. Of course, with satisfactory notice!Stakeholder & Partner Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and prospective collaborators. Ensure smooth communication, build strong relationships, and remain available for coordination and support as needed.Professional & Efficient Communication: Maintain quick, professional, and dynamic email communication with stakeholders, partners, and team members. Ensure responses are clear, timely, and aligned with Yoga Paws' brand and operational standards.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in event or operations management.Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of projects.Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting event supplies as needed.Flexibility to work weekends, with at least one studio-based event shift per week.This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of Australia’s leading puppy yoga brand, bringing innovative experiences to life while working with a passionate team.
