The Role Reporting to the Director of Rooms, in this role you will:Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution before departure, and follow up on unresolved issues.Maintain a strong presence in the hotel lobby, assisting during peak periods and implementing meet-and-greet procedures for VIPs.Ensure teams, particularly Concierge, provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations, while keeping daily reports and logs updated.Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures, prioritising the safety and well-being of staff and guests, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
