About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping support the Store in providing value to customers across retail Home Lending and Small Business channels. You will provide support with managing, acquiring and growing our portfolio of customers. You will also play a significant role in enabling the business to continue to grow the Retail Lending portfolio, customer connectivity and NPS rating.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
1. Support and educate customers on how to use our digital platforms for personal banking, empowering them to self-serve with online banking features.
2. Provide support for digital onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers.
3. Assist the Store to manage relationships with customers within your assigned portfolio.
4. Attend to client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with peers in the region to ensure effective support and service delivery.
6. Assist the Store Leader in building confidence and capability across the store team around lending discussions.
7. Assist the Store Leader as a “second in charge” when required during annual leave or managing the Store during extended trading hours.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
1. Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base.
2. Demonstrated experience in Home Lending and previous experience in financial services industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and assist with digital banking queries.
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Comfortable with digital customer service platforms.
6. Ability to navigate and troubleshoot common digital banking applications.
7. Understanding of digital verification and ID validation systems used in customer onboarding.
