About this opportunity
As InternalmunicationsManager you proactively partner with the business to source and shape timelyand effective content to inform and inspire our 1300 people. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, andpassionate about the role ofmunications in the employee experience, thisrole is a blend of being hands on to design and deliverpelling contentacross multitude of internal channels, whilst having a strategic mindset tohelp shape our futuremunications channels, and deepen employee engagementin our content.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skillsand experience:
1. Minimum eight years' experience in a dedicated Internal or Employeemunications purist role
2. A self-starter and natural storyteller who has a passion formunicatingto employees and thrives in a fast-paced environment
3. Passionate about the role of content in the employee experience
4. Takes initiative to drive solutions-based approach to their work
5. Confidence to partner with and advise Senior / C-level stakeholders
6. Ability to easily designpelling and informativemunications, through strong writing and content shaping and across multiple channels
7. Proficiency in supporting the shaping of employeemunications strategies through listening approaches and best practice application
8. Proven ability to adapt to a corporate tone of voice with exceptional ability to understand individualmunication styles of leaders
9. Demonstrated accountabilities for managing leadership engagement and employeemunications
10. Demonstrated stakeholder management, and influencing skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure, and easily juggle multiple,peting priorities on a daily basis.
