Our client is a boutique Facilities Services provider based in Brisbane, specialising in providing comprehensive and tailored solutions to commercial tenants across various industries within the Commercial Real Estate sector. With an established track record of delivering exceptional services and value to their clients, they are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role that presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry
2. Building our networks and opportunities in QLD
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
8. Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
9. Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance
Requirements:
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
11. Three to five years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the commercial property industry.
12. Existing relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be highly advantageous.
13. Some knowledge of transaction management processes, lease negotiations, and commercial real estate market dynamics is desirable but not essential.
14. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives.
15. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
