Job Title: Digital Account Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Director to join our team at PMX in Sydney, Australia. As a Digital Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and client inquiries related to PMX Lift, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and questions.
* Proactively monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance and feed back to technology partner.
* Assist the Head of Video in identifying potential new business opportunities and targeting existing clients who have not opted in.
* Collaborate with technology partners to continuously streamline and enhance campaign delivery workflows and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collect and evaluate feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and iteration, enhancing the overall user experience.
* Measure the average time taken to respond to and resolve agency and client inquiries.
* Ensure campaign delivery and KPI monitoring.
Requirements:
* Preferred experience across advertising agency/tech background.
* High attention to detail, possess an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker and be self-motivated/proactive.
* Experience in digital planning.
* Video knowledge is advantageous.
* Sound knowledge of ad-tech: DSP's, SSP's, DMP, Verification technology, Adserving, RTB etc.
* Highly analytical with an aptitude to articulate figures into a storyline.
* Liaised with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Aptitude to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Quality driven - you have a strong eye for the aesthetic, and you set yourself and others (your team, vendors, advertisers, etc) the highest professional bar in all circumstances.
* Commercial acumen is not mandatory, but advantageous.
