Your Role: As a Project Architect, you’ll be right in the thick of the action, working closely with our Director and gaining hands-on experience from inception to construction. You’ll manage multiple projects, liaise with clients, and bring innovative designs to life. What You Bring: Experience: 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year of local expertise. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD (versions 19-28) and experience with Class 2 buildings. Passion & Detail: A keen eye for design details and a proactive approach to your work. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Learning Mindset: A genuine interest in current design trends and an eagerness to grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Development Applications (DA), Construction Certificates (CC), and Complying Development Certificates (CDC). Develop detailed construction documentation. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Stay informed on relevant Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards and safe design principles. Create detailed working drawings and specifications. Participate in product and finish selections. Assist with Contract Administration under the guidance of the Director. Bonus Points: An interest in interior design and knowledge of heritage buildings will be highly valued!
