Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate for this unique role will possess:
* Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role in a premium steakhouse
* The technical skills, knowledge and expertise to execute a premium steakhouse/grill menu
* Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
* Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent food quality and service
* Availability and working rights for full time employment (minimum 38 hours)
