Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. Your Role
Courageous, motivated, curious, passionate, creative – these qualities describe the ideal candidate. As our Communications and Community Relations Manager, you will develop and execute corporate communication and stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to project needs.
* Develop and execute corporate communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Provide regular reports and insights on key stakeholder relationships, concerns, and emerging issues.
* Represent the company at community meetings, events, and public forums.
* Facilitate effective internal communication within the organization.
Requirements
We seek an individual with previous experience in Communications & Community Relations or a similar role who can negotiate and liaise with stakeholders, demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

* Able to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation to site.
