Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate activities related to assigned projects, using appropriate project management methodology and systems, to achieve the defined project outcomes. Liaise with relevant partners and stakeholders and work with them to identify project deliverables and define clear objectives and appropriate project outcomes. Develop relevant business case and project initiation documentation (PID) as required, including timelines, implementation and evaluation methods and communication strategies. Write and prepare project reports and related documentation. Monitor and evaluate project progress, performance against schedules and indicators, and assess milestones through post-implementation reviews. Design and execute clear communications ensuring appropriate dissemination of projects. We are looking for: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and implement project plans to achieve desired outcomes within resourcing constraints. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse groups and draft clear, concise reports. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks with attention to detail and within deadlines. Demonstrated effective decision making and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Curtin internal systems) and other relevant tools. Role Requirements: As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
