Our client is a peak body providing guidance, education, and support to medical professionals within a specialist surgical field. They advocate for rigorous training and accreditation processes and provide resources for both practitioners and patients to preserve the reputation of their speciality.
They are currently looking for a Data Entry and Database Process Writer, which will be a two week contract on-site in Sydney, responsible for developing an SOP for hospitals looking to apply for accreditation and an administrative manual to outline the process for internal use as well.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a solid understanding of set processes within the organisation and enter client data.
2. Configure system privileges for the different user types.
3. Develop and write a clear handbook outlining the standardised process how hospitals can make applications to become accredited.
4. Create and maintain a detailed administrative manual and SOP for internal teams outlining the standardised process.
5. Ensure all documents and procedures adhere to best practices and compliance standards.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Science
2. Ideally from a health / education background
3. Familiarity in a regulatory environment or an accreditation organisation.
4. Strong skills in administrative writing of manuals and procedures, with attention to clarity and accuracy.
5. Experience working with online databases.
6. Self-starter and problem solver.
