With over 90 dedicated team members and a network of offices nationwide, we’re passionate about creating safer workplaces and leaving a positive impact on every project we touch.The OpportunityWe’re on the lookout for a Laboratory Technician/Administrator to join our Townsville team and play a crucial role in supporting our NATA-accredited laboratory (ISO17025) and the wider Operations Team.This isn’t just another admin job—it’s a chance to dive into a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, working alongside a tight-knit team that values collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence.What You’ll Be DoingHere’s a snapshot of the key responsibilities you’ll tackle:Managing incoming samples and preparing them for internal analysis.Generating lab reports by processing and comparing results from external service providers.Assisting with laboratory analysis, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment.Conducting internal audits to uphold our NATA Accreditation and ISO17025 standards.Handling consumables, raising purchase orders via SAP, and coordinating equipment repairs and calibration including freight.Keeping our documentation organised and up to date (including SharePoint uploads).Who We’re Looking ForWe want someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in a supportive team environment, and has a meticulous eye for detail.
