Now picture doing this multiple times a day, each day of the week – and the impact you will have on each person’s life.Your warm personality, existing skills and experiences, complemented by extensive training and support enable you to convert your client interactions into meaningful support plans documented using digital tools as guided by ACNA’s Active Assessment method.You connect with clients again through the support plan review process. This is where a client calls ACNA as their needs have changed and you will determine the right pathway for them over the phone.You love driving.
