The role:
This role is a full-time position.
Snooze Tweed Heads is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.
In this role, you can expect retail hours that will vary and will include regular weekends and public holidays where required, based on a rotating roster.
What you'll be doing:
6. Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
7. Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
8. Building relationships with our customers
9. Driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service
Skills and experience:
10. You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
11. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
12. Team player
13. Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
14. Computer knowledge is beneficial (experience with Pronto is an advantage)
15. The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
16. Necessary fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks with awkward and heavy loads, as required
