Role Details: As our Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will not only manage and support our M365 environment but also shape the future of our digital workplace.
You will be responsible for collaborating with the team on designing, implementing, and supporting initiatives that ensure we are always leveraging the best and latest technology while maintaining a strong security posture.
What you'll do: Enterprise-Level Administration: Administer and support the full Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
Design, implement, and support initiatives to optimize and future-proof our M365 environment.
Security, Compliance, and Documentation: Proactively identify gaps, security risks, and areas for improvement across M365 and related IT domains.
Ensure all documentation is in place.
Identity & Access Management: Play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting DLP, IAM, PAM, Conditional Access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication projects.
Project & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key teams including Cloud and Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, and Cybersecurity, as well as vendors, to execute impactful projects.
Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring: Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 solution including Microsoft Exchange Online, Power Platform, SharePoint, PowerShell scripting, Teams and enterprise security solutions.
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Experience working in large-scale environments (2000+ employees), with strong experience in enterprise-level administration, including security and compliance standards such as email security, data loss prevention (DLP), and Conditional Access and Retention policies.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact roles and embraces continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to support and guide cross-functional teams.
A strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Industry certifications (preferred): Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security & Compliance, or equivalent.
