Ashtons Removals, a leading removal company on the Gold Coast, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Management Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director, and Accounts Manager as well as assisting with general office tasks.Responsibilities:Provide high-level, day-to-day professional and confidential secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining files and recordsAssist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentsConduct research and provide recommendations on various projectsHandle confidential information with discretionCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendorsRequirements:Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksAttention to detail and high level of accuracyHighly positive & can-do attitudeAshtons Removals is a family owned and operated business.
