About the role
The HR Advisor Pay and Conditions is responsible for a range of activities related to employee pay, superannuation, terms and conditions of employment. This includes providing expert advice and guidance to staff, and resolving complex pay-related enquiries.
The HR Advisor Pay and Conditions takes a lead role in prioritising the work of the team, and undertaking quality and assurance activities. With knowledge of SAP, or the ability to quickly obtain this knowledge, the HR Advisor Pay and Conditions produces regular employee-related reporting, and is responsible for all pay run processes.
Our ideal candidate
* Demonstrates experience and knowledge of payroll processing
* Demonstrates accurate interpretation and application of employment legislation, policy and guidelines
* Has highly developed oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrates strong team skills with the ability to prioritise work.
Desirable qualifications and experience
* SAP HR system experience.
Eligibility
* Citizenship –To be eligible for employment with the ACIC, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
* Security Clearance - The Australian community expects ACIC employees to maintain the highest levels of security and integrity. Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance.
