About the Role We are seeking an experienced Company Supervisor to oversee the on road team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient workflow management.
This role involves leading on-road staff, providing training, managing job performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
You will act as the critical link between field teams and upper management, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on role, requiring a high sense of urgency, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a reactive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Workflow Management: Supervise and support on-road staff.
Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and track project progress.
Conduct performance reviews and create strategies to boost productivity.
Provide training and mentorship to new and existing employees.
Customer Service & Sales: Ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction while upholding a professional company image.
Provide on-site solutions and discuss service options such as pipe relining, root treatment, dig-and-replace solutions, and maintenance schedules.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work Health & Safety (WHS): Ensure compliance with all WHS procedures, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSAs).
Report and manage hazards, near-misses, and workplace incidents.
Participate in WHS training and promote a culture of safety across the team.
After-Hours Support & Call-Outs: Attend to after-hours work as required.
Answer emergency calls and coordinate job details through ServiceM8.
About You To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive leader with a strong background in plumbing, team management, and customer service.
You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same and can adapt quickly to challenges.
Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing.
Tradesperson Licence (Water Supply, Sanitary and Drainage - Gas).
Experience operating CCTV drainage cameras and high-pressure drain jetters.
Team leadership experience with the ability to manage, train, and motivate staff.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide on-the-spot solutions.
West Australian Driver's Licence.
Proficiency in ServiceM8 or similar job management software.
Strong communication and multitasking skills, particularly in a fast-paced, reactive environment.

Flexible start times (6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, with an 8-hour day).
$10 per day travel allowance.
