The role
We are looking for 3 x Practice Assistant/Paralegals to job share between 2 of our practice groups (2 or 3 days), based in Brisbane. Working as a paralegal at Norton Rose Fulbright is a fantastic way to build your legal experience at a leading international corporate firm. You will work directly with Senior Associates/Partners on some of the most significant and high-profile legal matters in the Australian market.
Responsibilities
* A broad range of Paralegal responsibilities as required
* Diary management, travel booking and event coordination
* Billing and expense coordination
* File management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing and scanning, management of correspondence
* Client relationship management and administration tasks; working with our Business Development team assisting with client material preparation
* Prepare and amend routine and non-routine documents, correspondence, and presentations
* Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Experienced managing complex diaries and organising travel
* Able to work autonomously and draft basic correspondence and documents
* Previous experience in monthly billing using relevant financial software preferable
* Tech savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
* Able and willing to use initiative to contribute to overall success of team
