Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources management within our client’s luxury watches company. As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of their HR initiatives while ensuring alignment with their organisational goals and values. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of their prestigious brand. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's overall objectives and foster a positive work culture.
2. Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, including executives, managers, and specialised roles, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent in the luxury watch industry.
3. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and career progression.
4. Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
5. Manage compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking against industry standards to maintain competitiveness and support employee retention.
6. Ensure compliance with regulations, and company policies, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
7. Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, and organisational restructuring efforts.
Qualifications:
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
9. Progressive HR experience, with experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
10. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
11. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
12. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive business results and support organisational growth.
