Job Description Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Daily data entry of customer sales orders using SAP and CRM systems.Ensure all enquiries, questions, issues, and customer complaints are fully resolved.Working closely with internal territory managers to process customer requests.Coordinating freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.Development of customer relationships through high-quality communication skills and customer service.Manage incoming calls across pre-sales, point-of-sale, and post-sales environments.The Successful Applicant We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer with a passion for customer service and a preference for working in a small, cooperative team. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in an office environment five days a week. This fast-paced, full-time temporary role will keep you engaged throughout the day, Monday to Friday, with a start date in late August.
