Key Responsibilities:
* Acknowledge and prioritize IHG Rewards members, InterContinental Ambassadors, and returning guests.
* Handle guest bookings, suggest upgrades, and promote amenities.
* Manage cash and credit transactions efficiently.
* Check guests in and out, ensure ID verification and room key distribution.
* Anticipate guest needs, record preferences, and resolve inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
* Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities.
* Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
* Experience in a front desk or guest service position (minimum one year).
* Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
