Assembly Operator Role
This role suits an experienced assembly operator who will join a diverse team in the client's Yatala location. Key responsibilities include:
* Using hand tools, including torque drivers, to assemble and test products.
* Final testing of products and assembling brackets and clamps.
* Building electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies to high-quality standards.
* Monitoring availability of parts, tools, and machines needed for product completion.
* Maintaining equipment functionality and using specialized tools and machines.
* Packaging items into boxes and pallets, as well as operating a lift truck.
* Planning work steps with team members and assisting in resolving routine manufacturing problems.
* Performing manual handling tasks, such as stacking items on crates/pallets for dispatch.

Requirements
* Experience in electrical assembly is essential.
* A high level of detail/accuracy and attention to detail is required.
* Experience with 1Nm, 4.5Nm, and 7Nm torque drivers would be beneficial.
* Familiarity with hand tools.
* Problem-solving skills and a good attitude.
* Ability to follow repetitive processes without deviation.
* Excellent computer skills (Excel skills advantageous).
* Good hand-eye coordination.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Adherence to all PPE and HSE requirements.
